Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
How renewals, cancellation, digital-service withdrawal rights, refunds and chargebacks are handled.
1. Subscription cancellation
Customers can cancel through the available customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation normally stops renewal and remains effective at the end of the current paid period. Deleting a user, disconnecting an integration or ceasing use does not by itself cancel billing.
2. Consumers and statutory withdrawal
EEA consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right. The checkout flow and Merchant of Record provide the legally applicable instructions, model form and deadlines. Any waiver or early-expiry of a right for digital content or immediate digital-service performance applies only where the legally required express request, consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained.
3. Immediate digital access
Where requested, package, credit or add-on access may begin immediately after payment. The consent shown before checkout records the request for immediate performance; mandatory rights remain unaffected and the provider’s checkout confirmation is authoritative for the transaction.
4. Voluntary refunds
Unless a statutory right, checkout promise or provider policy requires otherwise, subscription periods already started and consumed credits are non-refundable. AstraSEO may grant a discretionary refund for duplicate charges, verified technical inability to deliver the purchased service, or billing error. A discretionary refund in one case does not create a continuing entitlement.
5. Credits and add-ons
- Unused promotional or monthly included credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Refunded or charged-back credit packs may be removed from the balance; if already consumed, access may be restricted until the negative balance is resolved.
- Autonomous add-ons can be cancelled for future renewal. Usage, provider cost and work already executed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
6. Merchant of Record
Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, FastSpring or Polar may be the seller/Merchant of Record. Requests may be processed under that provider’s invoice, refund and chargeback procedures. Stripe transactions are generally processed for the AstraSEO seller. The checkout receipt identifies the contractual seller for the transaction.
7. Electronic cancellation
Where German law requires an electronic cancellation mechanism, AstraSEO will provide an accessible cancellation path and confirmation. Until a dedicated mechanism is enabled, contact support@astraseo.example and use the provider portal shown in Billing.
8. Contact
Send billing questions with account email, tenant name, invoice number and charge date to support@astraseo.example. Do not email full payment-card details.
